The seating and the screen come from the chapel of the School Sisters in Graz, which Eilfried Huth and Günther Domenig redesigned between 1968 and 1970 in response to the Second Vatican Council. This envisaged a new alignment of the choir towards the congregation. Although here, in contrast to the new construction of the multipurpose hall at the Schulschwestern, the architects developed an intervention in a historical building, they chose a clear language of form and above all material, which is indebted to the 1960s and represents a clear break with the existing building.
